Yet another short tip...

In order to disable User Account Control (UAC) functionality (for good), change the following key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System - EnableLUA to a value of zero (0).

This works for Windows 8.1 at least, but should work for other versions too (with minor modifications, like changing the path to the key).
